Returns

We accept returns of items under the following conditions:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition Requirements

Clothing must be returned in the same condition it was received, including:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • All original tags attached

  • No stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • No broken seals or packaging 

 

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on approved clothing returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Items marked as final sale are sold as is with no returns

Defective or Not As Described Items (Free Returns)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its listing description:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

If approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • You may receive either a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

We stand behind the accuracy of our listings and the condition of our items.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original clothing item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Final Sale & Special Conditions

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or return shipping costs unless the item qualifies as defective or not as described.
